Animation Sound is an audio production studio in Sydney recording, composing and mixing music sounds and SFX for advertising jingles, film music, documentaries, video games, and theatre. Animation sound production also develops singers and song writers ,taking a song to finished product CD release and ultimately radio airplay on radio stations both commercial radio stations and community radio stations. The studio creates original music compositions in all styles including jazz, latin jazz, pop music, folk music ,funk music, dance music and rock music The studio is owned by Sydney musicians Michael Storey guitar player and keyboard player and Sydney Jazz vocalist Rebekka Neville.They perform in the Sydney live music scene managed by the booking agents enhancentertainment. The studio has a number of sound engineers including Peter Kennard. They have recorded the song Dance Floor for Dan at Dansmusic. The studio uses Roland keyboards and Yamaha keyboards, Fender guitars, Rode microphones. Michael has had publishing deals with EMI and Rondor Music the publishing company for A and M records. His only entry in the Australian National Song Contest received a top ten award in the pop and contemporary section. Animation sound production recorded and composed the soundtrack for the feature film Saturday Night which was selected for the San Jose Film Festival. Original film music was also composed for the short film First which was selected for Flickerfest.
